I am just curious how does the foaming process influence the size of sample? If you are printing above decomposition temperature, I imagine that the sample is not yet solid and if bubbles are actively formed, it must change the shape of the product. Did you see any difference in shape and size of foam prepared with printing above/under decomposition temperature of blowing agent?

Thank you for your question. You are right. If bubbles are formed, the printed material expands. If the printing conditions did not change, the printed body would be deformed, it would have overflows. However, I adjust the flow of material through the 3D printer to a lower one, e.g. to 80 %. Then a high-quality unformed body is achieved even when printing the foaming material. The value of the flow reduction is tested experimentally.
