Discussion

Very nice work dear colleague! Dou you know which knot (right- or left-handed) occurs more in biological DNA systems?

Thank you. Well it depends on the concrete biological system, but left-handed knot is preferred in two studied microorganisms from ref.2. For example, probability of finding left-handed trefoil knot in E.Coli is around 92% and in S.Cerevisiae it is about 59%.
